We offer full construction project management comprising both pre-tender and post-tender services.
We prefer to work with you right from the start, so we can apply our expertise at the concept stage
and make sure your new building or home is completed on time and on budget. We’ll consult with you
at each stage so you are always in the loop.
Our project management service usually includes, and is not limited to:
Pre Tender
- Consultancy to discuss building requirements
- Feasibility studies
- Employing the services of a designer/architect
- Liaising with designer/architect to prepare concept and architectural drawings
- Determining building costs using one of our in-house quantity surveyors
- Putting the job out to tender, assessing costs and making recommendations
Post Tender
- Managing variations as a result of changes in materials, costs or client requirements
- Approval of any building changes
- Progress payment certificates
- Banking reports and variations
- Site supervision
- Final accounts
