General Terms of Trade

• Invoices are due for payment 14 days following the date on the invoice.
• Additional work carried out after the initial invoice will be invoiced separately.
• The client shall notify Grant Hunt Building Consultants Limited within 7 days of any problems with the invoice.
• We reserve the right to charge a $50 administration fee and interest at 2% per month on all overdue accounts.
• The client will be liable for all costs of debt recovery.

Terms of Trade for all Technical Building Expertise & Building Surveying Services

• Invoices are payable on collection of report or before a report is e-mailed to client unless prior arrangement is made with Grant Hunt Building Consultants Limited.
• Additional work carried out after the initial invoice will be invoiced separately.
• Invoices for this additional work are due for payment 14 days following the date on the invoice.
